Position Title: IT Help Desk

External Description:

Installs, maintains and upgrades computer hardware, software and networks. Assesses user training needs and trains user in effective use of applications and makes recommendations regarding computer software and hardware acquisitions. 

Education:  Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, two years of general computer instillation, maintenance and repair experience or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
