Position Title: Sonographer

Genesis OB\GYN is a company dedicated to excellent patient care. We work closely with our perinatologists to ensure every patient receives the best care with compassion and understanding.  

This is a 40-hour per week (four 10-hour shifts) Monday-Friday, benefits-eligible position with rotations to 3 locations. We offer a competitive salary and benefits - $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, education and certifications.

Overview

We prefer those with high-risk MFM ultrasound experience, but are willing to train the right candidate.

Here is a list of what is performed: first trimester ultrasounds, detailed anatomy level one and level two ultrasounds in the second and third trimester, transvaginal ultrasounds, maternal and fetal doppler studies, BPP, 3D Ultrasounds, scanning multiples, Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone, uterine artery Doppler studies, and gynecological scans.

 

Education: High School Diploma or GED and graduate of an ARDMS-AIUM accredited Ultrasound Technologist Program, RDMS certified with OB/Gyn certifications required. If a new graduate from a Sonography program, have (6) months to obtain accreditation. Must stay current with CME courses as outlined by the ARDMS.

Experience/Qualifications: Previous experience in performing OB and gynecological exams.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications: 

Fetal echocardiography and Nuchal Translucency preferred, but not required.
